How Can I Tell If My Hearing Aids Need Repair?

Before scheduling a repair for your hearing aids, take a moment to see if any of the following apply to you: 

• You may need new batteries. 
• The hearing aids might require cleaning. Earwax or other debris could be obstructing part of the device, affecting its performance. 
• You could have lost the connection. Occasionally, hearing aids and linked devices (such as smartphones) may need to be restarted or reset. 
• You might require a hearing aid adjustment. 

If you’ve checked the batteries, restarted your hearing aids and made sure they are clean, but they still don’t work, you may need to have them repaired or adjusted.
