Scheduling

Hearing Testing
An in-office hearing test in our soundproof hearing booth is the best way to fully identify your specific type and levels of hearing loss. The accurate results will enable us to determine whether hearing aids can help you and what models are best suited to your needs.
If you’re unable to come into the office or, you can request for at-home hearing evaluation. This is the first step and can determine whether an in-office evaluation is needed. Call us, and we’ll walk you through how to use our at-home hearing test.
Consultations
Are your hearing aids acting up? Or have they stopped working altogether? Many modern hearing aids allow for remote programming and troubleshooting. Call us to let us know what type of problem you are having, and we can schedule an appointment or advise you on next steps.
Hearing Aid Fittings
Hearing aid fittings are crucial to ensure your hearing aids are working well. The fitting is the most critical step in your hearing journey. During your in-clinic visit, we use Real-Ear Measurement (REM) to verify that your devices are programmed to your exact prescription.
Remote Fine-Tuning- If you cannot make it to the clinic for a follow-up, we offer Tele-Audiology services. Using your smartphone, our Registered Audiologists can adjust your settings remotely to ensure your hearing aids continue to perform perfectly without an office visit.
Hearing Aid Repair Services
Broken hearing aid? Need a repair? Experiencing distortion, feedback, or power failure? We service and repair various hearing aid brands. Simply Call or Text our clinic to describe the issue. Our team will triage the problem immediately—often resolving minor maintenance issues over the phone—or schedule an appointment and provide Service Loaner Hearing Aids, ensuring you remain connected while your devices are away for repair.
